How many of us have friends who genuinely want to see us grow? Those who are there to lift us up, not pull us down. Friends who aren't afraid to share their honest thoughts, even if it stings.

• Honesty - They tell you the truth, even when it's hard. They're your mirror, reflecting your strengths and weaknesses.
• Positivity - They radiate energy that uplifts you, making you feel good about yourself.
• Supportive - They are your cheerleaders, always ready to back you up. They're also your safety net, ready to catch you when you fall.
